  • Do we need a license for the event?

    If on private property, generally no, but for most contracted venues and one-day events, a license from ABC will be required. Check with the venue; one can be easily obtained on the ABC website, and we will be happy to walk you through if you have any troubles.

  • What do you provide?

    Everything except the Alcohol is provided by per Virginia law. We may not buy, transport, or provide any of the alcohol. We provide a detailed shopping list and then at the end of the event everything not used is  packaged up and given back unless we are asked to dispose of it.

  • What do you need for set up?

    We will need access to an electrical outlet. Water is not needed; we have tanks, a flat, level area, and enough room to maneuver and place the truck. We personally come and look at all event sites before contract signing to make sure they will work, and we also have satellite bar options.

  • Where are you located?

    We are located in Charlotteville, Virginia. We deliver and set up for free anywhere in a 40-mile radius. Outside of that, there is a charge per mile.

  • Do you have non Alcoholic options?

    Mocktails are highly encouraged, as well as other fun beverage options, and of course, we can offer a full beverage station of water, iced teas, and lemonade, as well as a coffee service for an additional charge.
